18. Thus, we are of the considered view that there being no original
assessment order in the case of the assessee, there was no question of
reassessment by the assessing officer. The order passed by the
assessing officer was assessment order. The assessee claimed interest
as deductible expenditure under Section 43B of the Act 1961 and its
admissibility
