This appeal is filed under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 questioning the order dated 26.07.2023 in M.P. No.154/Bang/2023 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA No.228/Bang/2023 for the Assessment Year 2012-2013.

Heard Sri. E. I. Sanmathi, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the appellants-revenue and Smt. Manasa Ananthan, learned counsel for the respondent.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to our notice that the common order which is under challenge in the

above appeal (Annexure-A) dated 26.07.2023, was the subject matter of ITA No.75/2024 in respect of M.P. No.153/Bang/2023 in ITA No.227/Bang/2023. Co-ordinate bench of this Court under judgment dated 23.07.2025, dismissed the said appeal by following the decision dated 07.02.2023 in ITA Nos.97 & 98/2020.

In view of the above, we have no other option but to dismiss the appeal following the decision in ITA No.75/2024 dated 23.07.2025.

Accordingly, the above appeal stands dismissed.
