The Income Tax Officer (T.C.A.No.128 of 2019) on similar facts concerning taxing bogus long-term capital gain on penny stocks. 3. Whether the ITAT was right in directing the Assessing Officer to ascertain if notice u/s 143(2) was served, despite the assessee's participation in assessment proceedings by submitting details in response to notice u/s 142(1), which is within the scope of Section 292BB. 4. Laxman Das Khandelwal (Civil Appeal Nos.6261-6262 of 2019) regarding the scope of Section 292BB concerning the validity of notice service with assessee participation.
