SEWA SAKH SAHKARI SANSTHA MARYADIT BIJALPUR,INDORE vs. ITO 1(1), INDORE, INDORE
What did the Tribunal hold?
The Tribunal held that the assessment order was flawed as it did not properly compute the total income. It also ruled that interest earned from cooperative banks is eligible for deduction under Section 80P(2)(d), following previous decisions.
What were the facts?

Whether interest income earned from cooperative banks is eligible for deduction under Section 80P, and whether the AO correctly computed the total income in the assessment order.
