During the course appellate proceedings, the ld CIT(A) partly allowed the appeal of the assesse by directing the AO to estimate the income by applying a profit 25% on the on- money after taking into account the contentions of the assesse that the excel sheets in question contained many ... wise details of expenses incurred in cash and hence a reasonable percentage of profit out of such cash receipts should be considered for estimating the income.
