The Tribunal held that the disallowance of convenience allowance was confirmed as the assessee did not press the ground. Regarding business expenses, the Tribunal directed the Assessing Officer to determine which expenses were reimbursed by LIC for procuring business as a Senior Business Associate, and then allow the eligible amount.
