This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax [Appeals], Delhi dated 27.03.2022 pertaining to assessment year 2016-17.
At the very outset, the ld. AR Shri Arun Bhadauria stated that under instructions, he is withdrawing the appeal.
On such concession, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
