ORDER PER YOGESH KUMAR U.S., JM: This appeal by Assessee is filed against the order of Learned Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi-1 [“Ld. PCIT”, for short], dated 16.03.2022 for Assessment Year 2017-18.

When the appeal called for hearing, the Ld. AR filed a letter dated 05.07.2023 by expressing the desire to withdraw this appeal and submitted that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

DH Limited vs. PCIT 3. The Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee.
