This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of the ld. CIT(Appeals)/NFAC dated 16.11.2021 pertaining to the assessment year 2016-17.
At the outset, ld. Counsel of the assessee submitted that assessee seeks to withdraw the appeal. Ld. DR did not have any objection to the same. Hence, we permit the withdrawal of the appeal. 4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on this 16th day of August, 2022.
