This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of the Ld.
PCIT, Faridabad, dated 31.03.2022 pertaining to Assessment Year 2017-18.
In this appeal, the assessee has challenged the order passed u/s 263 by the Ld. PCIT, Faridabad. At the outset, in this case, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has moved an application for withdrawal of the appeal. The Ld. DR does not have any objection in this regard. Hence, we permit the withdrawal of the appeal of the assessee.
In the result, appeal of the assessee stands dismissed.
