The instant batch of seven appeals pertains to a single assessee viz., M/s. Corporation Bank, for assessment years 2011-2012 to 2017-2018. 2011-2012. All these cases arise against the CIT(A), Panaji-1, Panaji’s common order dated 20.12.2018, in case no.ITA.No. CIT(A), PNJ-1/10511, 10507, 10512, 10514, 10515, 10516 and 10517/2017-18, respectively, in proceedings u/sec.201(1) and 201(1A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (in short "the Act"); respectively.
Heard both the parties. Case files perused.
2 ITA.Nos.46 to 52/PAN./2019 M/s. Corporation Bank, Panaji Branch, Panaji Goa. 2. In the “lead” appeal ITA.No.46/PAN./2019 the assessee has filed it’s letter dated 11th July, 2023 seeking permission of the tribunal for withdrawal of the appeal which reads as under :
3 ITA.Nos.46 to 52/PAN./2019 M/s. Corporation Bank, Panaji Branch, Panaji Goa. 2.1. Similar letters dated 11th July, 2023 are filed in the remaining appeals i.e., ITA.Nos.47, 48, 49, 50, 51 & 52/PAN./ 2019 seeking permission of the tribunal for withdrawal of the appeals.
The Learned DR has no objection.
In view of the above, we dismiss all the seven appeals of the assessee as withdrawn.
