This appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of the Ld. Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax, Bathinda, dated 25.03.2019 in respect of AY 2015-16.
The Ld. Counsel for the assessee has filed an application dated 29.08.2022, requesting to withdraw the appeal.
Ganesh Enclave v. PCIT 3. The Ld. D.R. has no objection.
Accordingly, the Ld. Counsel is allowed to withdraw the appeal.
In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
