ORDER Per Dr. M. L. Meena, AM:
This appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of the Ld. Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Amritsar dated 22.03.2021 in respect of AY 2015-16.
The Ld. Counsel for the assessee has filed an application dated 15.10.2022, requesting to withdraw the appeal.
Mohinder Singh v. Pr. CIT 3. The Ld. D.R. has no objection.
Accordingly, the Ld. Counsel is allowed to withdraw the appeal.
In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
