This is an appeal against the order passed by Principal Commissioner of Income Tax in short “PCIT”, Rajkot-1 vide order dated 22-03-2021.
At the time of hearing, ld. counsel for the assessee has requested to withdraw the appeal filed vide letter dated 08-03-2022. The Revenue is fair enough in not objecting to the same. We therefore accept assessee’s request for withdrawing the appeal filed.
