O R D E R PER BENCH: These six appeals are preferred by the assessee against order passed u/s. 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter called the ‘Act’) by ld. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Central ), Kanpur pertaining to Assessment Years 2013-14 to 2016-17 and 2018-19 to 2019-20. 2. The ld. Counsel for the assessee sought permission of the Bench to withdraw all the appeals by moving an application dated 25.04.2024. 3. Learned D.R. has no objection.

Accordingly, we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeals. 5. In the result, all appeals filed by the assessee stand dismissed as withdrawn.
