The assessee has filed this appeal against the order passed by the Pr.CIT, Railpur-1, dated 22.03.2022 for the assessment year 2017-2018.

At the outset, ld.AR of the assessee drew our attention to the application filed on behalf of the assessee, which was received by the Registry on 12.06.2023, wherein it is stated that the assessee desires to withdraw the instant appeal. 3. In view of the application of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal, we dismiss the present appeal of the assessee as withdrawn. 4. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
