This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Department, National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi, dated 19.01.2023, and pertains to assessment year 2013-14.
The ld.Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, submitted a request letter dated 17.08.2023 to withdraw the appeal, and prayed that
ITA No.97/RPR/2023 :: 2 :: assessee may be permitted to withdraw its appeal, which is extracted as under:
