This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Department, National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi, dated 25.01.2023, and pertains to assessment year 2020-21.

The ld.Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, submitted a request letter dated 16.08.2023 to withdraw the appeal, and prayed that 2 :: assessee may be permitted to withdraw its appeal, which is extracted as under:

The ld.DR for the Revenue, has no objection to withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee.

In view of the above request, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

In the result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
