This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Department, National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi, dated 25.01.2023, and pertains to assessment year 2020-21.
The ld.Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, submitted a request letter dated 16.08.2023 to withdraw the appeal, and prayed that
