The captioned appeal of the assessee is directed against the order passed by the Ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Bilaspur (C.G.), dated 12.06.2018 for Asst. Year 2013-14.

At the time hearing, the Ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted a letter dated 23.08.2023 and expressing the desires to withdraw the present appeal and dismissed the same as withdrawn.

Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against the withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee.
