CIT (Exemption), Chandigarh dt. 04/03/2024. 2. During the course of hearing the Ld. Counsel for the Assessee moved an application to withdraw the appeal, contents of which reads as under:
Application for withdrawal of Appeal. Respectfully showeth as under: The above appeal stands fixed for hearing tomorrow the 18th of June, 2024. But the assessee is not interested in pursuing the appeal as Form 10AC granting approval u/s 80G(5) has since been given by the PCIT(Exemption) vide order dt. 25/05/2024.
