ORDER PER BENCH These appeals by the assessee are preferred against the order of the CIT(A)-IV, Kanpur dated 27.02.2017 and 28.02.2017 pertaining to A.Y.2011-12 to 2012-13 and 2010-11 to 2013-14.
As per letter dated 22.08.2022, both the assessees have sought to withdraw the present appeal.
On the basis of the aforementioned letter, the above captioned appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
