These appeals are filed by the Assessee as against the Appellate orders dated 22.05.2019 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-11, Ahmedabad, arising out of assessment order passed under section 153A r.w.s. 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) relating to the respective Assessment Years (A.Ys) 2005-06 & 2009-10.
