The assessee has filed a letter dated 28.1.2016 wherein it is stated that the assessee wants to withdraw the above said appeals. Accordingly, above request of the assessee was confronted with the ld.DR who did not object to the prayer of the assessee. Accordingly, we allow the assessee to withdraw these appeals. Accordingly, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
