The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has corrected a typographical error in the PAN number of the assessee in its previous order. The order is modified only to the extent of this PAN number correction.

This is a corrigendum to an earlier order dated December 28, 2023. The corrigendum rectifies a mistake in the PAN number mentioned in the heading of the original order. The PAN number has been corrected from AAQFM5384H to AAQFM5384F.

While passing the order dated 28th December 2023, in the 1. aforesaid Income Tax Appeal, inadvertently a mistake in PAN No. has crept at the heading of the order, which now stands corrected and the same may be read as under: - [ITO Vs. M/s. Maher Cotton Industries] A.Y. 2013-14 - 2 - “In view of the above, the PAN No. is rectified as PAN No. AAQFM5384F instead of PAN No. AAQFM5384H”.

The orders dated 28th December 2023, are modified to this extent only. This Corrigendum pronounced on 28/05/2024
