This appeal is filed by the assessee against order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the CIT(A), Panaji for the Assessment Year 2015-16.
During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted a request vide letter dated 13th June 2024 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal.
The ld. Departmental Representative has no objection for withdrawal of the assessee’s appeal.
Assessment Year: 2015-16 Page 2 of 2 4. Therefore, in view of the above, we allow the withdrawal of the appeal filed the assessee and accordingly appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
