SAINI, ACCOUNTANT MEMBER: Captioned appeal filed by the assessee pertaining to the assessment year 2018-19, is directed against the order passed by the National Faceless Appeal Centre (‘NFAC’)/ld. CIT(A) dated 06.11.2021, which in turn arises out of assessment order passed by Asst. Director of Income Tax, CPC, Bengaluru u/s 143(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 08.02.2020.
At the time of virtual court hearing, Ld. counsel on behalf of the assessee requested the Bench that he has instructed by assessee to withdraw the instant appeal. The Revenue is fair enough in not opposing the same during the course of hearing, we treat this appeal as withdrawn.
