SAINI, ACCOUNTANT MEMBER: Captioned appeal filed by the assessee pertaining to the assessment year 2022-23, is directed against the order passed by the Commissioner of Income-tax (Exemption), Ahmedabad dated 28.05.2023.
At the time of hearing, Ld. Counsel on behalf of the assessee requested the Bench that he has instructed by assessee to withdraw the instant appeal by filing application dated 03.07.2023. The Revenue is fair enough in not opposing the same during the course of hearing, we treat this appeal as withdrawn.
