PER R.C.SHARMA (A.M): This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of CIT(A)- Mumbai, for the assessment year 2009-2010. 2. Though none appeared on behalf of assessee, however, the assessee has filed an application requesting for withdrawal of appeal vide letter dated 17-8-2015. Ld. DR has no objection for the same. 3. We accept the assessee’s request for withdrawal of the appeal and dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn. 4. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
