This appeal is filed by the assessee against the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by the PCIT-1, Bhopal for the Assessment Year 2012-13. 2. At the time of hearing, the Ld. AR submitted that he received the instructions from the assessee that the appeal may be withdrawn.

In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn after taking cognisance of the statement made by the Ld. AR before us.

In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on this 28th day of June, 2022.
