Present appeal is directed at the instance of assessee against order of ld.CIT(A)-5, Vadodara dated 27.3.2015 passed for Asstt.Year 2010-11.
At the outset, it has been brought to our notice assessee has filed a withdrawal purshis dated 24.10.2017, which is on record, seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal. The ld.DR
ITA No.2122/Ahd/2015 2 has no objection to the request of the assessee. Hence, we dismiss the appeal, as being withdrawn.
