आदेश/ORDER PER BENCH: These appeals are filed at the instance of the assessee. At the time of hearing, Learned Authorised Representative (“Ld. AR”) placed before us application dated 10/07/2024 on behalf of the assessee seeking permission to withdraw its appeals, wherein it is mentioned that the assessee has settled the disputes under consideration by way of Vivad Se Vishwas Schme. Learned Departmental Representative (“Ld. DR”) has also not raised any objection in this regard. Under these circumstances, we permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal. 2. In the result, appeals filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open Court on 22nd July, 2024.
