At the outset, the Ld.AR submitted that; “… … … … … … … … … … … … … … The Central Board of Direct Taxes had extended the date for obtainment of Permanent Registration u/s 12AB of the I.T.Act and Recognition u/s 80G of
the Act upto 30.06.2024 vide Circular No.7/2024 dated 25.04.2024. In the light of the said extension your Appellant once again applied for Registration u/s 12AB and Recognition u/s 80G, and after due representation, the Registration and Recognition has been duly obtained.” 3. Ld.DR reports no objection. 4. Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
