Per Joginder Singh (Judicial Member) Both these appeals are by the assessee, for Assessment years 2009-10 and 2010-11, aggrieved by the impugned orders dated 31/01/2014 & 23/01/2014 of the Ld. First Appellate Authority, Mumbai.
During hearing of these appeals, the ld. counsel for the assessee, Shri Amit Agrawal requested the bench to grant permission to withdraw these appeals. The ld. Sr. DR, Shri Pradeep S. Arya, had no objection to the request of the assessee.
2.1. We have considered the rival submissions and perused the material available on record. In view of the submission of the ld. counsel for the assessee both these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
Finally, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
