The Ld. Departmental Representative has no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee. In these facts we allow the withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee before the Tribunal and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. फलतः िनधा�रती �ारा दािखल क� गई अपील नामंजूर क� जाती है.
