This is an appeal filed by the Assessee directed against the order of Ld.CIT(Central), Gurgaon dt. 25.3.2015 pertaining to the Assessment Year (hereinafter referred to as the A.Y.) 2010-11.
At the time of hearing the assessee filed a letter praying for withdrawal of his appeal, for the reason that, the consequential order has already been passed by the A.O. The Ld.D.R. submitted that he has no objection to the dismissal of the appeal as ‘withdrawn’.
In the result the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’. Order pronounced in the Open Court on 25th April, 2016.
