Per Manjunatha, G. A.M This batch of seven appeals filed by the assessee is directed against the separate, but common orders, all dated 18/8/2022 of the learned CIT (A)-12, Hyderabad, and pertains to A.Ys. 2012-13 to 2018-19 respectively. Since common issues are involved in these appeals, for the sake of convenience, these were heard together and are being disposed off by this common order.
At the outset, the learned Counsel for the assessee has filed a letter signed by the appellant withdrawing the above
Page 1 of 3 appeals for the reasons stated in the said letter and argued that the appeals filed by the assessee should be dismissed as withdrawn. The contents of the letter filed by the learned Counsel for the assessee reads as under: “The to 537/H/2022 in respect of Karshak Vidya Parishad for the Assessment Year 2012-13 to 2018-19 has been posted for hearing on 17/09/2024 before the Hon'ble ITAT Bench “A”, Hyderabad. With respect to above cited matter, we are requesting to allow us to withdraw the appeal. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same”.
The learned DR, present for the Revenue has no objection for withdrawal of the appeals by the appellant. Therefore, the appeals filed by the appellant for all the A.Ys 2012- 13 to 2018-19 are hereby dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the letter filed by the assessee dated.
In the result, all the seven appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
