O R D E R PER LALIET KUMAR, J M: This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-12, Hyderabad passed on 24.03.2023 for the assessment year 2017- 18.
The ld. Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing referring to petition for withdrawal of appeal dated 23-12-2024 filed by the assessee submitted that the assessee wishes to

withdraw the appeal for Assessment Year 2017-18 and therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. The Ld. DR for the revenue does not have any objection for withdrawal of appeal.
We have heard both the parties and after considering the petition filed by the assessee for withdrawal of appeal, the appeal filed by the assessee for the Assessment year 2017-18 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
