Assessment Year: 2023-2024 Nawal Kishore Kejriwal Charity Trust 2. Shri Aayush Gupta, C.A., ld. Authorized Representative of the assessee-Trust has moved an application dated 15.05.2024 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by Shri Aayush Gupta, ld. A.R. of the assessee-Trust is granted and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
