Per Rajpal Yadav, Vice-President (KZ):- The assessee is in appeal before the Tribunal against the order of ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption) Kolkata dated 12.05.2023 passed for A.Y. 2023-24.
Shri Aayush Gupta, C.A., ld. Authorized Representative of the assessee-Trust has moved an Assessment Year: 2023-2024 Suhasini Charity Foundation application dated 15.05.2024 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by Shri Aayush Gupta, ld. A.R. of the assessee-Trust is granted and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on 20th May, 2024.
