This appeal has been filed by the assessee relating to Assessment Year 2009-10 is directed against the order passed by Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Kolkata u/s 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) vide his order dated 20.03.2015.
