In this case the ld. Counsel for the assessee filed a letter dated 13.06.2024 through which they claim to have filed an application as per the facility allowed vide Circular No. 7/2024 dated 25.04.2024. Accordingly, the appellant has requested for allowing withdrawal of the present appeal. 1.1. In light of this request, the withdrawal of appeal is allowed.
