In this case the ld. Counsel for the assessee Mr. Siddharth Agarwal made an oral mention before the Bench that since they are hoping for relief after having availed of the opportunity as per Circular No. 7/2024 dated 25.04.2024, they are withdrawing this appeal as they have filed Form-10AD on 23.05.2024. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and treated as dismissed for statistical purposes.
