order : August 09, 2024 आदेश / ORDER संजय गग", "या"यक सद"य "वारा / Per Sanjay Garg, Judicial Member: The present appeal has been preferred by the assessee against the order dated 11.10.2023 of the National Faceless Appeal Centre [hereinafter referred to as ‘CIT(A)’] passed u/s 250 of the Income Tax Act (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’).
The ld. counsel has brought to our knowledge that this was the duplicate appeal against the same order of the CIT(A). That the original appeal filed online has already been decided by this Tribunal vide order dated 09.02.2024 passed in ITA No.1339/Kol/2023. He, Therefore, has requested for withdrawal of this appeal.
