Date of Pronouncement : 11.09.2024 ORDER PER Sanjay Awasthi, ACCOUNTANT MEMBER: Assessee has filed a letter dated 22.08.2024 stating that in the order of the Tribunal dated 17.01.2024, a typographical error has crept in, whereby in para 12 at page no. 21 of the order there is an inadvertent error of typing inasmuch as the figure is incorrectly typed as Rs.2,76,50,000/- instead of Rs.7,12,00,000/-.
After perusing the records, we rectify the typographical error and the correct amount should be read as Rs.7,12,00,000/- instead of Rs.2,76,50,000/-. We order accordingly.
