AY 2014-15. The PAN has wrongly been mentioned as AAACG 9668 H instead of PAN AFMPK 8958 A. Hence this corrigendum is issued to modify the order accordingly. The impugned order is hereby corrected and the PAN shall be read as AFMPK 8958 A. Hence this corrigendum is issued to modify the order accordingly.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is allowed.
