O R D E R Per Bench : This assessee’s appeal for A.Y. 2006-07 arises against the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)]’s order dated 10.04.2018 in proceedings u/s. 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act).
Learned counsel submits at the outset that the assessee wishes to withdraw the instant appeal. The Revenue does not raise any objection to the above withdrawal request.
This assessee’s appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
