This is an appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of the PCIT-5, Kolkata(hereinafter referred to as the “Ld. PCIT”] dated 08.08.2022 for the AY 2020-21.
At the outset, the ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted before the Bench that the appeal filed by the assessee may kindly be allowed to be withdrawn to which the ld. DR did not raise any objection. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
