This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dated 20.03.2015 of CIT(A)- 1, Kolkata, relating to AY 2010-11.

At the time of hearing of the appeal the ld. Counsel for the assessee filed an application dated 27.02.2017 seeking to withdraw the appeal as the assessee company does not intend to pursue the appeal before the Tribunal. The ld.
