ORDER
PER N.V.VASUDEVAN, JM:
This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dated 30.03.2016 of Pr.CIT, Kolkata-4, Kolkata relating to A.Y.2011-12.
The assessee has filed an application dated 8th March, 2017 requesting for the withdrawal of appeal. The ld. DR did not raise any objection. We permit the assessee to withdraw this appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
