This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of the CIT(A)-IV, Bangalore, dated14/03/2012 for the assessment year 2007-08.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the assessee submitted that the assessee wants to withdraw the appeal and accordingly a letter by the assessee dated 14/1/2016 praying for IT(TP)A No.657/Bang/2012 Page 2 of 2 permission to withdraw the appeal is filed. We permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
